First things first, check out what was on my porch last night:

I'm not sure where this thing came from, but I'm guessing Brazil. I'm also pretty sure its name is Shelob.

And I realize there's no frame of reference in this shot, but I wasn't about to risk my arm getting eaten just to stick a quarter, or a Mack truck, next to it. Suffice it to say, it was big. There are astronauts looking down on us from the moon and wondering "What's that big black spot?"
Also, a side note: Can you believe I've had a couple of hundred dollars worth of photography lessons?

And now business as usual - now for sale on etsy:

  1. You should have made the coaster backgrounds darker since there's a lot of white in those little demons. Did you need to get rid of your light blue perler beads? On a side note, it surprises me how many people don't know what perler beads are. I'm still waiting to see stained glass up for sale. Oh, and I noticed that my Dr. Mario viruses are gone. What a sad, sad day.

  2. Ahem, the coasters are a lot easier to see IRL, white beads or no. Maybe I should just take better pictures. I used light blue because I want the chain of Zelda coasters that I am making to match. That way some one can ask if they can have the bomb from items series 2, the key from item series 1, link from the character series, and the octorok from the overworld series. And it will still be a matching coaster set.

Has anyone asked for that? No. But that's not the point.

I think the viruses are officially my best seller so far. I'll relist them eventually.
